About the Founder
Hola CEOs is founded and led by Salvador Orellana, a former CIO with more than two decades of experience leading technology functions and advising leadership teams in complex, regulated environments.
Salvador’s career spans long-term operational leadership inside large organizations, followed by advisory work supporting executives and boards navigating high-impact technology decisions.
This combination — operating from inside organizations and later advising them from the outside — shapes the approach behind Hola CEOs.
The firm exists to help business leaders bring clarity and structure to IT and AI decisions that carry real financial, operational, and risk implications.
Today, Salvador works in an advisory and leadership capacity, helping executives and organizations make and carry forward critical IT and AI decisions — overseeing and coordinating implementation and delivery vendors, without acting as one.
Based in Southwest Florida, Salvador works with CEOs, executive teams, and boards across the U.S. and internationally, providing independent, senior judgment on IT strategy, governance, and AI adoption — remotely or on site when needed.
Hola CEOs reflects a simple belief: technology decisions should be understandable, defensible, and clearly connected to business outcomes.
